Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Book My Yacht LLC, we take pride in the quality of our yacht charter services. Our refund policy is designed to provide a clear and fair process for handling cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation by Customer
  • A. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us 7 days prior to your arrival.
  • B. If Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund 70%.
  • C. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled charter date will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
3. Cancellation by Book My Yacht LLC
  • A. In the rare event that we must cancel your charter due to unforeseen circumstances, such as mechanical failure or severe weather, we will offer a full refund or reschedule your charter at no additional cost.
  • B. We will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred due to a cancellation on our part.
4. Refund Processing
  • A. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation, after reviewing the valid path.
  • B. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested and agreed upon.
5. No-Show Policy

Failure to arrive at the dock for your scheduled charter without prior notification will be considered a no show, and no refund will be provided.

6. Complaints and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed according to this policy. Contact immediately on booking@bookmyyacht.us.
